Deliveries

We will be undertaking our summer reset from 24th July so any items order after this date will not be shipped for arrival after August 20th. To say sorry, we are offering 20% off all items up until the 20th with code SORRY20!

Standard UK Delivery is £4.95 or FREE when you spend over £100.

Bladed items (Hori Hori, Nata etc) will require proof that the recipient is over 18 prior to shipping. If you purchase one of these products then please email us with a photograph of a driving licence or passport. 

Fire Pits

Delivery is by Parcelforce express48 - Due to the size and weight of the fire pits there is a £5 surcharge for delivery to postcodes within Zone 1 and a £15 surcharge for delivery to postcodes within Zone 2. Please pick the relevant surcharge during checkout. 

If you require delivery to Zone 3 then please contact us prior to processing an order to confirm shipping costs.

Zonal Postcodes are noted below:

Zone 2 - The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, AB31,AB33-38,AB45,AB52-56,FK17-21.

Zone 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an international destination - please contact us prior to making an order to confirm shipping costs.

Returns

We want you to love your Barebones Product.

If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 28 days of your purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase, then please email us within 14 days of receipt and we will confirm what you need to do to return it. 

Unless faulty, items returned must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You will need to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification that the item has been processed and if your refund has been approved or not.
